#3 fellE: Extra bevisning vid rättegång. Har för mig att folk har kommit undan rattfylla p.g.a. dåligt administrerade tester även när de blåst över legal limit, p.g.a. de inte demonstrerat någon "impairment".

Att göra testerna kan inte hjälpa dig, kan endast hjälpa polisen/åklagaren.
Säg nej till allt och blås på stationen. De kommer att få proverna oavsett, fast du kommer garanterat bli av med körkortet i 1 år i alla (?) delstater, p.g.a. implied consent, om du nekar att blåsa där.
