En JÄVLIGT lång förklaring till vad som hände, taget ifrån en kommentar som lät någorlunda legit ifrån LiveLeak. Ursäkta för wall of text, men för de som är nyfikna så.

"Ok this is my first post so maybe I can help...1. He was pulled over for not having verification (a thing to control the amount of cars on the streets to prevent over-polluted air) so he can't drive the car. 2. Those are not Federales, that's transit. 3. The police officer never shake him down he perfectly explained the infraction and the amount(which is actually very surprising they never do that). 4 The police officer never asked him for money nor shaked him down. 5. The amount of the infraction was $6200 pesos or $ 487 USD thats the amount he kept repeating. 6 Since this guy had no idea wtf was going on and the police officer was not giving a shit and there was absolutely no way both could communicate, the police officer just said fuck it and instead of waisting more time he took the money, which ironically was about $620 pesos or $48 bucks. I don't condone or condemn the police officer or this man for driving without knowing the rules... PS. Mexico is not a shit hole, but hey how can I defend a country on the interwebs."

finns en annan video då en mexicansk polis stoppar en amerikans polis (han är då civil klädd och på semester) och snubben är lika korrupt som denna men blir fett ägd när snubben flashar brickan och mexicanska polisen ba "oh well, ha en bra dag" ska se om jag kan hitta den, och tipsa den (y)

Det enda man förstår om man inte förstår spanska är ju amerikanen som säger löjliga påståenden som "60 dollars to continue?" som om han måste muta polisen och liknande saker. Det betyder inte att polisen sa så.

Har en jobbarpolare från Filippinerna han berättade att vid lunch tid blir alla stannade och får dom ingen muta som täcker lunchen så blir de böter. Skönt samhälle
